Job Description

  1. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  2. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  3. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  4. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
  5. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  7. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
  8. Training of new staff at H/O and at Branch offices.
  9. Generating of leads through her team and herself.

  1. Research and analyze top SEO content topics 
  2. QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
  3. Research and write long-form content on various relevant topics
  4. Publish content on various platforms and analyze traffic performance 
  5. Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content
  6. Plan and execute various SEO tasks
  7. Assist finance team in the payment process for content  stakeholders
  8. Prepare reports on project performance

Requirements
